Batman

Gotham City, USA - Circa 1969  When I was 11 years old, my mother took me to a movie theater on the famous Champs-Elysées in Paris, which is the most beautiful avenue in the world.  We saw the movie Batman (in French) starring Adam West and I liked it a lot.  This was the pilot for the TV series.  Only about a year later, my mother and I moved to the United States.  It did not take me long to discover that there was a show on TV with the same characters.  It came on at 4:00pm and I would watch it religiously every day after school and must have seen every single episode of that silly and ridiculous show!  I was also into art and I drew this picture of The Caped Crusader when I was about 14 years old.
